THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for all the wonderful upgrades you gave my husband and I.  When we walked into the room and saw the wonderful view we could hardly believe it, we not only had a porthole we also had a balcony in the back of the ship with a great view. Then when we went to dinner and we had our own private table for two, it was almost as if we were on our second honeymoon (we have only been married 26 years), but I can truly tell you that this is the best vacation we have had since 2001 when we lost our 14 year old son in a tragic car accident. After that I never thought I could ever enjoy myself on a vacation again and then I lost my dad to cancer last year.  Once again I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you on behalf of my husband and myself from the bottoms of our hearts you truly made our cruise one to remember.  I will be calling you soon since I am trying to plan a cruise with my son, daughter-in-law,  grandson, my mom as well as my husband and I.  I know you are the TLC cruise planner for us.

Just wanted to send you a quick note and tell you what a wonderful trip we had to Walt Disney World over the Christmas Holidays.   You were absolutely right about everything!  The Wilderness Lodge was perfect for my two young boys -- they loved the atmosphere and being the flag raising family one morning was a great adventure, even for my husband and I! ....We really enjoyed Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and will definately do that again next year. All the work you did,  from setting up our priority seatings for dinner every night to the suggestions of what to see and what not to miss were very helpful and contributed greatly to our experience.  Your Disney knowledge was invaluable to us.
